Notes - The 1940 census shows Justin, Jr., living with his parents in Los Angeles. He enlisted in WWII on 18 Feb. 1943 as a Private. The enlistment record shows that his civil occupation was semiskilled longshoreman and stevedore. I do not know if he married Virginia before, during, or after the war. They were living in Napa, CA in 1947 and 1948, the same town as his parents. Apparently they divorced shortly after this. It is unknown whether or not they had any children. There is a marriage record for a Virginia M. Pequegnat, dated 12 Mar. 1949, which shows that she married a Dean E. McClellan. This may be the former wife of Justin. The 1954 City Directory for Las Vagas, NV shows Justin, Jr., (with no wife), living with his parents. He moved back to Los Angeles sometime before his death.
